The Acquired is a platform on which different labels offer their products. Since we work with professional labels, we can guarantee that each label will make the necessary effort to deliver your order as quickly and sustainably as possible.

Each labels has his own shipping regulation.

All orders placed on The Acquired are sent from the country where the according label is based. If an order includes products from several labels, you'll receive separate packages.

The shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart. The shipping costs can vary from product to product and are displayed under the price in the checkout. Each label determines the shipping costs themselves, they can vary from country to country.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Processing time, delivery time and delivery service vary from label to label. As soon as the order has been shipped, you'll receive a notification via e-mail. If you do not receive these confirmation emails, please check first your spam folder and then email us at office@the-acquired.com.

If you created an account, you can check the status of your orders at any time under "My Account".

Delivery
The Acquired offers delivery within the Benelux via DPD. Shipping outside the Benelux will be delivered via DHL Express Worldwide, UPS and DPD, depending on the country. 

All orders placed during the business week are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders made over the weekend will ship the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once a shipping label is created.

Orders within the Benelux arrive within 2-5 business days. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Other orders arrive within 3-14 business days.

Note:
Delivery times and shipping companies are determined individually by the offering companies, delivery times can vary.

Shipping from and/or to countries outside the EU
For non-EU deliveries, we ship on a DAP (Delivered ad place) basis, which means that the seller is responsible for shipping the product, and additional charges to the carrier, such as VAT, import duties and customs clearance fees, may be present upon delivery.

If a label ship from outside the EU, and therefore additional costs may arise, this will be shown in the product description.

Pre-order
Some labels - as part of their sustainability approach - offer their products as PRE-ORDER only. If products are offered on a pre-order basis, you will find this in the product description, as well as the duration of this period.
