FAQ
Yes, we provide the appointment in person. Currently only in Belgium and The Netherlands. Leave by checkout the comment that you want an in-person appointment. Travel costs will be communicated and only charged after agreement
You can leave by check-out a link to your Pinterest board or any other online moodboard (Canva, Google Doc, PDF, ...) We will also send you an e-mail so you can send it to us.
Yes, you will find a reschedule or cancel option in your confirmation email. This can be done up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
If you don't want a follow up session, you can ask a refund within 14 days of your appointment via office@the-acquired.com
